Baat karein iski sahi vidhi ki toh, pehle ek shant jagah chuney, phir diya ko aankhon ki level par rakhkar ise jalayein. Dhyan se diye ki jyoti ko dekhein aur dhyan ko kendrit krne ki koshish karein.bas jyoti ko dekhte rahiye. Is sadhana ko karte waqt saans ko dhyan se lijiye aur dhire-dhire badhaiye.
